Physical Gift Vouchers

A gift voucher can be redeemed on the Fabricake website. Gift vouchers have no cash redemption value and are non-refundable. Gift vouchers and unused portions expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law. Any unused balance will be recorded on the voucher.

If the order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card. The gift voucher can be applied to an open order by visiting the relevant Order Summary page of our website.  Normal Fabricake terms and conditions of purchase apply. Fabricake is not responsible if a gift certificate or a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

As a standard, only one discount code can be used per transaction, we automatically provide a discount for Free UK standard delivery when the basket total is over £50 and under 2KG

Electronic Gift Vouchers

Confirmation of the Gift Voucher will only be sent to the purchaser once the order is confirmed by ourselves. Gift Vouchers can only be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase and will not be valid until confirmation email received. Unwanted Gift Vouchers can not be returned and voucher codes can not be used to purchase another gift voucher. If the recipient does not already have an online account with our site, the client will have to create an account using the email address the voucher was delivered to, this can be done at during the checkout process. The funds will then automatically appear and the option given to redeem the funds against the cost of purchases in the basket.

If the items purchased total less than the gift voucher amount the remaining funds will stay in the e-wallet to use on the next purchase if the items purchased exceed the gift voucher amount the remaining value must be paid by card in order to complete the order. Items bought using gift vouchers can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the gift voucher will be refunded and a new gift voucher code will be issued.

By completing and submitting the electronic order you are making an offer to purchase goods that, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. A binding contract will only result when we have notified you that your goods have been dispatched.

Product Availability

We always endeavor to have our product range in stock, but we do sometimes experience delays in our suppliers delivering to us. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of any delay that we are aware of. Generally, we only experience short delays in obtaining more stocks, we will do our best to ensure you are informed of progress. Of course, you always have the option of cancelling your order.

Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of ingredients and food allergy information provided on this website, we ask customers concerned about food allergies/ingredients to always check the manufacturer's label/s on the product. From time to time manufacturers ingredients may vary/change without notice. Fabricake  cannot be held liable for any customers who disregard manufacturers label/s.

Returns & Refunds

In the first instance, Fabricake will always endeavor to simply replace the item like for like before resorting to refunding any payments.

All refunds will be given in the form of an E-Wallet / Store credit which can be used for future online orders or replacement purchases. To receive an online refund a Fabricake account will have to be activated if you do not already have one. This will then have the balance required added to it.

A valid receipt must be presented in order to obtain an exchange or refund.

If items appear to have been opened or used, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept them back.

Good Purchased in Error

Fabricake is happy to refund goods purchased in error on the condition that the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition. We regret that we cannot accept return for edible products due to the risk of cross contamination. The refund will be either applied to a physical store credit or in the form of an E-Wallet balance to spend online.

Faulty Goods

Fabricake operates a fast replacement service or money-back guarantee for any products found to be faulty. Please first contact fabricake on 07881300171 or use our contact form so that arrangements can be made for products to be returned to Fabricake wherever possible with their original packaging.

In the first instance, we will always look to replace the faulty item like for like before resorting to a refund.

Damaged Goods

Where goods are damaged in transit Fabricake will replace the item free of charge. We may ask for proof of the damage and a written statement so that we can proceed with a compensation claim against the courier.

Lost Goods

Please contact us by telephone or by email to stating your order reference, delivery address and contact details. We shall investigate lost packages with our courier partners and will arrange a replacement or full refund in the event the goods cannot be found. Please note we require a minimum of two working days to investigate lost packages with our couriers.

Uncollected Parcels

Our courier's agents will leave a note if you are not there to receive the parcel. It is your responsibility to call the delivery company to arrange a re-delivery or collect the parcel. You will be eligible for the cost of us re-sending the goods if the parcel is returned to us marked as 'Not called for'. Failure to comply with these charges will result in the order being cancelled and refunded.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address details provided on your order you will be eligible for the cost of re-sending the parcel. Parcels will only be resent once the charges have been met.

Refused Parcels

Should you need to refuse a parcel for any reason, please contact us in advance to obtain authorization. Our couriers will charge Fabricake to return the goods. If prior authorization has not been given, this charge will be deducted from the cost of the returned items.

Items missing from your Parcel

On delivery of your order please inspect the parcel contents. Any missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your goods. If an item is missing please contact us by phone, email or by using our contact page.
