Adverse Weather Conditions

Due to some severe weather being experienced up and down. Royal Mail deliveries are experiencing some slight disruption, so please allow an extra day or two for all deliveries ordered during this time.

We can assure you we are doing everything we can at our end to make sure your deliveries arrive on time. We will continue to work with all couriers to ensure our high customer service standards are met.

If you choose to use the DPD courier option please use their notification service to keep up to date with your delivery timescale or arrange deliveries to suit your needs.

We hope the weather is not going to cause too much disruption but if you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to get in touch with one of our team.


All our orders are hand picked and packed by our lovely staff. Any orders which are placed before 15:00 will be despatched the very same day (apart from bank holidays). We pride ourselves on all our orders being packed safely, securely and to the highest of standards. 

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. Please be aware that delays are occasionally inevitable due to busy periods and unforeseen factors.

Fabricake Sugarcraft Ltd will not be held responsible for delivery delays beyond our reasonable control, for example, strike action, 3rd party delays, traffic or weather constraints and therefore will not accept liability for late delivery under these circumstances.
In the event of requests for goods to be left at unattended premises (for example - in a garage) or with neighbours Fabricake Sugarcraft Ltd will endeavour to do so at the customers own liability.

DPD / Interlink Express

Orders placed before 15:00 Monday - Friday using the next working day service, will be despatched for delivery for the next business day. A signature will always be required for deliveries sent with DPD / Interlink Express.

Please be aware that any deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may take an additional day in transit to arrive.

Any parcel which includes an item 10 inches in length or larger must be sent via DPD.  

Any parcel weighing over 2 Kilograms must be sent via DPD.

Free Delivery

All orders over the value of £40 are shipped FREE with DPD Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland Only)


In the first instance, Fabricake will always endeavour to simply replace the item like for like before resorting to refunding any payments.

All refunds will be given in the form of an E-Wallet / Store credit which can be used for future online orders or replacement purchases. To receive an online refund a Fabricake account will have to be activated if you do not already have one. This will then have the balance required added to it.

A valid receipt must be presented in order to obtain an exchange or refund.

If items appear to have been opened or used, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept them back.

Good Purchased in Error

Fabricake Sugarcraft Limited is happy to refund goods purchased in error on the condition that the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition. The refund will be either applied to a physical store credit or in the form of an E-Wallet balance to spend online.

Faulty Goods

Fabricake Sugarcraft Ltd operates a fast replacement service or money-back guarantee for any products found to be faulty. Please first contact fabricake Sugarcraft Ltd on 01702462222 or use our contact form so that arrangements can be made for products to be returned to Fabricake Sugarcraft Ltd wherever possible with their original packaging.

In the first instance, we will always look to replace the faulty item like for like before resorting to a refund.

Damaged Goods

Where goods are damaged in transit Fabricake Sugarcraft Ltd will replace the item free of charge. We may ask for proof of the damage and a written statement so that we can proceed with a compensation claim against the courier.

Lost Goods

Please contact us by telephone or by email to stating your order reference, delivery address and contact details. We shall investigate lost packages with our courier partners and will arrange a replacement or full refund in the event the goods cannot be found. Please note we require a minimum of two working days to investigate lost packages with our couriers.

Uncollected Parcels

Our courier's agents will leave a note if you are not there to receive the parcel. It is your responsibility to call the delivery company to arrange a re-delivery or collect the parcel. You will be eligible for the cost of us re-sending the goods if the parcel is returned to us marked as 'Not called for'. Failure to comply with these charges will result in the order being cancelled and refunded.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address details provided on your order you will be eligible for the cost of resending the parcel. Parcels will only be resent once the charges have been met.

Refused Parcels

Should you need to refuse a parcel for any reason, please contact us in advance to obtain authorization. Our couriers will charge Fabricake Sugarcraft Ltd to return the goods. If prior authorization has not been given, this charge will be deducted from the cost of the returned items.

Items missing from your Parcel

On delivery of your order please inspect the parcel contents. Any missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your goods. If an item is missing please contact us by phone, email or by using our contact page.
