Delivery & Returns


All our orders are hand picked and packed by our lovely staff. Any premium delivery orders which are placed before 15:00 will be dispatched the very same day (apart from bank holidays). We pride ourselves on all our orders being packed safely, securely and to the highest of standards. 

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. Please be aware that delays are occasionally inevitable due to busy periods and unforeseen factors.

Fabricake will not be held responsible for delivery delays beyond our reasonable control, for example, strike action, 3rd party delays, traffic or weather constraints and therefore will not accept liability for late delivery under these circumstances.
In the event of requests for goods to be left at unattended premises (for example - in a garage) or with a neighbour Fabricake will endeavor to do so at the customers own liability.

PLEASE NOTE:  DELIVERIES ARE MADE MONDAY - FRIDAY.  We do not currently offer a Saturday/Sunday delivery service.

Please note:  Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days as our warehouse is closed. 

Next Day and Express Orders must be placed before 3pm (Monday - Friday) to be dispatched the same working day.   Please note that deliveries are made Monday to Friday only  (Please note: Although 97-99% deliveries are made on time, we can not always guarantee Next Working Day so please order as early in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.)


Any parcel which includes an item 10 inches in length or larger must be sent via our express of premium delivery service. This would include Cake Boards and Card and ALL Heavy Duty Wedding Cake Boxes

Any parcel weighing over 2 Kilograms must also be sent with the premium service.

Shipping Quotes

Please feel free to fill your basket with the products you require. At the basket page, you can click the "Get Estimate" field and request a price on postage based on your postcode. All deliveries are calculated on size and weight.


In the first instance, Fabricake will always endeavor to simply replace the item like for like before resorting to refunding any payments.

All refunds will be given in the form of an E-Wallet which can be used for future online orders or replacement purchases. To receive an online refund a Fabricake account will have to be activated if you do not already have one. This will then have the balance required added to it.

A valid receipt must be presented in order to obtain an exchange or refund.

If items appear to have been opened or used, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept them back.

Good Purchased in Error

Fabricake is happy to refund goods purchased in error on the condition that the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns for edible products due to the risk of cross contamination. The refund will be in the form of an E-Wallet balance to spend online.

Faulty Goods

Fabricake operates a fast replacement service or money-back guarantee for any products found to be faulty. Please first contact fabricake on 07881300171 or use our contact form so that arrangements can be made for products to be returned to Fabricake wherever possible with their original packaging.

In the first instance, we will always look to replace the faulty item like for like before resorting to a refund.

Damaged Goods

Where goods are damaged in transit Fabricake will replace the item free of charge. We may ask for proof of the damage and a written statement so that we can proceed with a compensation claim against the courier.

Lost Goods

Please contact us by telephone or by email to stating your order reference, delivery address and contact details. We shall investigate lost packages with our courier partners and will arrange a replacement or full refund in the event the goods cannot be found. Please note we require a minimum of two working days to investigate lost packages with our couriers.

Uncollected Parcels

Our courier's agents will leave a note if you are not there to receive the parcel. It is your responsibility to call the delivery company to arrange a re-delivery or collect the parcel. You will be eligible for the cost of us re-sending the goods if the parcel is returned to us marked as 'Not called for'. Failure to comply with these charges will result in the order being cancelled and refunded.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address details provided on your order you will be eligible for the cost of re-sending the parcel. Parcels will only be resent once the charges have been met.

Refused Parcels

Should you need to refuse a parcel for any reason, please contact us in advance to obtain authorization. Our couriers will charge Fabricake to return the goods. If prior authorization has not been given, this charge will be deducted from the cost of the returned items.

Items missing from your Parcel

On delivery of your order please inspect the parcel contents. Any missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your goods. If an item is missing please contact us by phone, email or by using our contact page.
